How it Works

Enjoy our new trade-in platform, allowing you exchange new or used paddles for cash. Here are the steps to get paid!

Step 01

Browse and pick the product you want.

Start your trade-in journey by searching for the product you would like to trade-in. Once you’ve found the item you want: Select the condition of the paddle ranging from New to different condition of used paddles.

Step 02

Click on the “Trade-in” button.

Once your paddle and condition has been selected, click the trade-in button to add it to your cart. Feel free to add more than one paddle!

Step 03

Fill in your contact and shipping details.

At checkout, fill in your address, and email, phone number (optional) so we can keep in contact with you.

Step 04

Review and confirm your order.

Once you submit your order, we will send you can email confirming your trade-in.

Step 05

Follow shipping instructions.

The follow-up email will have your free shipping label, to ship your product! Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and contact you to give your payment!
